Service Availability<\/h2>\r\n<p data-start=\"6142\" data-end=\"6267\">While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless governed by a separate SLA agreement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 data-start=\"6274\" data-end=\"6303\">6. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\r\n<p data-start=\"6794\" data-end=\"6877\">All proprietary software, branding, and systems remain the property of Tawarly LLC.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"6879\" data-end=\"6934\">Clients retain ownership of their own data and content.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 data-start=\"6941\" data-end=\"6958\">9. Termination<\/h2>\r\n<p data-start=\"6960\" data-end=\"7022\">We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"7024\" data-end=\"7075\">Users may cancel services subject to billing terms.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 data-start=\"7082\" data-end=\"7102\">10. Force Majeure<\/h2>\r\n<p data-start=\"7104\" data-end=\"7269\">We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or regulatory actions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 data-start=\"7276\" data-end=\"7296\">11.
