Tawarly LLC provides:

  • SaaS platforms

  • API integrations

  • Messaging notification systems

  • Custom software development

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services at any time.

2. Account Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain account confidentiality

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our Services for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging

  • Malware distribution

  • Fraudulent schemes

  • Intellectual property violations

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Fees are billed in USD unless otherwise stated

  • Payments are processed via Stripe

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

  • All charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

5. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless governed by a separate SLA agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Tawarly LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Data loss

  • Service interruptions beyond reasonable control

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid within the previous 30 days.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tawarly LLC from claims arising from:

  • Misuse of Services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Illegal or abusive activities

8. Intellectual Property

All proprietary software, branding, and systems remain the property of Tawarly LLC.

Clients retain ownership of their own data and content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may cancel services subject to billing terms.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or regulatory actions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
