8. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software, branding, and systems remain the property of Tawarly LLC.
Clients retain ownership of their own data and content.

Users may cancel services subject to billing terms.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or regulatory actions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
